Weekend went in vain

Oh today being National Holiday, we were made come to office. Until yesterday night, it was suspense about the holiday. All of a sudden a call saying we are working due to abundant flow of projects. This made me go wild by inner, I thought of sitting today with an expert and start  enhancing my knowledge in entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, everything went out of my way. I really missed that person, who is from a leading portal. It will take a year to meet him face-to-face. All my efforts got diluted, I took around 2 years to contact that person in spite of several yardsticks. I wish to see that person again, do not know when that will come true again.

“Insight that made me to think for an entrepreneurship”

Oops, this weekend had been tiresome with lots of content development and SEO activities. Still I love my job and wish to learn more things about the web technology. Every time I keep on bugging with my junior colleagues and asking them to explain on basic functionalities in the internet technology, since I am not technically well-versed, only I can develop the content by collating the raw details. Earlier my style of writing was for creative stuffs, now it is entirely different and I tend to adopt easily without any hiccups. Each day I am able to learn new things on web technologies and trying to reciprocate the same via my blog and EzineArticles. I have started cultivating this habit of knowledge transfer, as well as trying to learn new things and rectify my mistakes. I personally feel that blogging is an apt way to retrieve the lost ideas, which are inbound in us. Hope this statement is true for each bloggers. 

From my last 4 years of working stint, this year 2010 was remarkable in terms of learning new concepts and strategies in spite of several yardsticks. As a common person, it was all about starting early in the morning and going to office, start keying in the content as per the requirement a usual work flow. Something that triggered me on February 2010, sorry I do not remember the day/date. That day I just saw a young chap running his DTP Center here at Chennai, India. I just went there to get a Xerox copy and by that, I saw an interesting advertisement saying, “Need 2-3 yrs of experience of Document Specialist operator, I was really astonished and starring at the ad for some time. By that time, my work was completed and I thought the ambience and the infrastructure was not that much good for a work location, since it just fits for the Xerox and fax purpose alone. 

Then I went to that person and asked how it is possible for you to hire a person for a DTP work without proper infrastructure. He just laughed and said this place is only for Xerox and his DTP cum KPO operations works in a different location. I was freezed for a moment and kept my sorry face in front of him. Since all his clients were major BFSI, Pharma domains. Apart from that, I asked him how he increased the team bandwidth, he casually replied when web technology is there everything is possible. From that incident, I had come to know personally that everyone could transfer themselves as a good entrepreneur not mere by their ambience. It was a thought provoking moment, which made me think the whole week let me also start doing something by using my skill set in Content and Resume Writing. 

For the past 8 months, I have started on self-realization and trying bringing out my skills to the intended audience via my blog. However, my blog is 15 days older, but my goal is straight and full of weight. This is what I had learnt from that person, who had just stepped in to the college. Therefore, folks let me come up with some other interesting facts on entrepreneurship in next post.

What is this link building talk?

When I had a talk with some of my friends on improvising my website they just started talking about link building strategy, I was just wondering why they give more stress on that strategy. Eventually I realized that this strategy is all about establishing your competitive position in the online marketplace that already exists.

• Keep accessible privacy policy and about section so your site seems more trustworthy, include a picture of yourself may also help build your authority
• Syndicate an article in EzineArticles, GoArticle, and ArticleDepot. Interesting thing is that their article pages actually rank highly and send highly qualified traffic
• Personalize your message to the bloggers, Journalists. This will fetch you out Return on Investment (ROI)
• List your site/blog in local library’s website
• Start reviewing other website features and post your comments, don’t just post your comments and come back, do link your website in that comment space
• Order a beautiful CSS redesign
• Create a page that is dedicated to nothing more than obtaining a subscription, and drive traffic to it from your blog, AdWords, or really any other source you want
